The 6 Qualities of the Sahabah Part 3

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
In the Name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

3.  Then,thirdly it is FARDH
(obligation)for every
Muslim male or female to
learn the Deen (Religion),
like how it is FARDH for all
Muslims to perform Salah.

If we don’t learn the Deen
 then we wouldn’t know
what Allah Ta'ala wants
us to do and what Allah
Ta'ala doesn't want us to
do. We will never know what
is halaal and what is
haraam, or if we do happen
to know a little we don’t know
what is the best way to do a certain action.

The Sahabahs used to
walk thousands of kilo-
meters,for months just
to learn one hadith from
another Sahabah.

Do you know that when
we are learning the Deen
of Allah Ta'ala, the
malaaikah (angels)  will
spread their wings under us?

And Shaitaan is afraid of
a person who is learned
in the Deen than 1000
people who perform
Ibadah (worship)
without knowing the Deen.

Not only learn new things
about Deen,we also must
ALWAYS remember
Allah Ta'ala all the
time,by making zikr
(Remembering Allah)
of Allah Ta'ala constantly.

This will take us closer to
Allah Ta'ala. Allah Ta'ala
regards a person who makes
His zikr as a  person
who is alive and who does
not make His Zikr as
a dead person.

Even by remembering
Allah Ta'ala’s power
while doing something
is also considered as
remembering Allah Ta'ala

Not to forget the reading
of  the Quran too, is also
a form of making Zikr.

Zikr is not restricted to
just sitting in one corner,
with a Thasbih.

  Anytime,anywhere
we can make Zikr except
in the toilet.. in there you
can make Zikr only in your
heart, not say it out loud
( because the toilet is a
place of filth ) make sure
to read the Du’a for enter-
ing the toilet before you
enter the toilet.

MashaAllah! A 3 year old recites the Qur'an

In Algeria, the prodigal child Abd Arrahmane FARIH: he is 3 years old and
has learned the The Qur'an!

How can a 3-year-old child learn the chapter " Al-Qahf " ( The Cave -
110 verses) and the chapter " Maryam " ( Marie - 98 verses) and narratives of the prophet Mohammed ( SAAWS)? Just by listening to his mother reciting them or by looking at the TV channel of recitation of the Holy Qur'an with voice of the sheihk Al-Afasy: ( Alafasy TV ) when his mother made her prayers. But when she wanted to put a cartoon channel for him, he refused and wanted Alafasy TV !

The child prodigy Abd Arrahmane who opens the meeting by the chapter: Al-Qahf (The Cave). He read it just like sheihk Alafasy. He did not commit a single fault. He read it exactly and in the rules of the recitation.
He insisted on finishing his recitation. Until we stopped him being sure of his learning without fault and in the strict rules of the Qur'anic recitation.

He was already 2 years old and had not pronounced a word until he begun just like that with the recitation of the sura of Al-Qahf (The cave) without any trouble and in its most complete reading. His mother recited the sura Al-Qahf (The cave), every Friday. These readings of the Qur'an were able to reach the heart of the child still a foetus in the stomach of his mother. Subhana Allah!

The 6 Qualities of the Sahabah Part 2

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
In the name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

2.   Second qualities
of theirs is that they
perform their salah
with full of concentration.

They make sure that
they are clean,
make wudhu’
properly and
perform salah
with contentment
and full of concentration.

Their salahs were so full
of concentration to the
extent that there was a
sahabah who didn’t realize
that an arrow that was stuck
on his limbs was taken out
while he was making salah.
And they also really believed
that Allah will grant their wish
when they perform salah.

There was once a sahabi,
whose donkey came to life
after he made salah,isn’t that
great? We must place our
mind and soul in our salah,
remember that Allah is
watching us, we are
having a conversation with
Allah when we make salah.

Would you like if when you
are saying something to
your mum , suddenly your
younger siblings or anyone
interrupts the conversation?
So same goes when we
make salah, make it with
full concentration so we can
please Allah.

Don’t be despondent
when we make du’aa
once or twice and Allah
doesn’t grant our wish.
Ask Allah as many
times as you want
Allah will never feel
irritated when we keep
on asking over and over
again from He.

The 6 Qualities of the Sahabah رضى الله عنهم

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
In the Name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Assalamualaikum
Warahmathulahi
Wabarakathuhu
girls and boys,
today aunty would
like to share with all
of you the 6 qualities of
the companions of Nabi
Muhammadصلى الله عليه وسلم .
Now why should we follow
their qualities?..... it's because, the companions of Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم are the closest people to Nabiصلى الله عليه وسلم . So if we follow these qualities of sahabah it will be easy for us to able to stay away from the actions that Allah Ta'ala prohibits, while practicing it the way Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم did.

1. The Sahabah truly
believed in the kalimah
Laa Ilaha Illallah,
Muhammadur Rasulluah.
They not only believed
that there is no other
god besides Allah, but
they also believed that
only Allah has the power
to do everything and
anything that He wants.
For an example, when they see fire they believe that the fire can't harm anyone or
anything if Allah does not give permission to do so.

Like in the story of Nabi
Ibrahim عليه السلام Where
he was thrown in a fire
but the fire became a
pleasant place for him.
And also whenever the
sahabah wants anything
they don't ask or beg from
people, but they just pray
2 rakat of Salaah or make
sincere du'aa and simply
ask from Allah Ta'ala.

Now we should do the same thing, when we see anything
around us like the sun, the moon, the sky etc, believe that
it's Allah who made it. And when we want something don't
go crying to your mum or dad and nag them, but ask from
Allah by making du'aa or making salaah. Not only once or
twice, but try it many times and believe Allah will definitely
grant it, provided it must be a permissible wish.

The sahabahs also believed that the way taught by
Nabiصلى الله عليه وسلم  was the right way. If we do one
action against what Nabiصلى الله عليه وسلم did it will not
make us a successful person.

It comes in a hadith, Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم taught us that
if we practice one of his sunnahs we will get the reward
of 100 martyrs ( a martyr is a person who dies in the path
of Allah)

To be continued inshaAllah....
